Este trabalho apresenta contribui\u00e7\u00f5es ao papel dos profissionais em Psicologia na Aten\u00e7\u00e3o Diferenciada \u00e0 Sa\u00fade Ind\u00edgena, destacando o entre-lugar te\u00f3rico-pr\u00e1tico ocupado junto aos povos Guarani, Kaiow\u00e1 e Terena, e demonstrando a rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre a Pol\u00edtica P\u00fablica de Sa\u00fade, com suas exig\u00eancias normativas e disciplinares, e a ordem c\u00f3smica, refletidas nos saberes em Sa\u00fade das diferentes figura\u00e7\u00f5es sociais e grupos-sujeitos com que trabalhamos. A partir dos diferentes ethos e estilos dos grupos ind\u00edgenas e n\u00e3o ind\u00edgenas e suas acep\u00e7\u00f5es de sa\u00fade, nos deparamos com a complexidade desse cen\u00e1rio-contexto, representada pela multiculturalidade\/interculturalidade e pelas rela\u00e7\u00f5es de poder e saber no cuidado em sa\u00fade. Assim, a Psicologia e demais profiss\u00f5es de sa\u00fade se veem desafiadas a produzirem uma Aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Sa\u00fade que cumpra sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o e tenha a efic\u00e1cia simb\u00f3lico-material necess\u00e1ria aos povos ind\u00edgenas. Nesse sentido, a Cartografia como recurso metodol\u00f3gico nos permite acompanhar o processo, adentrar os textos e contextos de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de Aten\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Sa\u00fade Ind\u00edgena e compreender a emerg\u00eancia do pensamento limiar com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos conhecimentos e saberes ind\u00edgenas no cuidado em Sa\u00fade. A Psicologia Decolonial surge como alternativa, n\u00e3o como uma nova receita de atua\u00e7\u00e3o, mas provendo uma orienta\u00e7\u00e3o te\u00f3rico-pr\u00e1tica que viabiliza a coexist\u00eancia dos saberes ind\u00edgenas e n\u00e3o ind\u00edgenas no cuidado em Sa\u00fade. A supervis\u00e3o das lideran\u00e7as tradicionais e a entrada na cosmologia e nas epistemologias ind\u00edgenas se tornam imprescind\u00edveis para a atua\u00e7\u00e3o da Psicologia, possibilitando novos enlaces afetivo-intelectuais e pol\u00edticos no cuidado em Sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n
This work presents contributions to the role of professionals in Psychology in Differentiated Indigenous Healthcare, highlighting the theoretical-practical in-between occupied by indigenous people Guarani, Kaiow\u00e1, and Terena and demonstrating the relationship between the Public Health Politics, with its normative and disciplinary requirements, and the cosmic order, reflected in the knowledge of Health of the different social representations and subject-groups we work with. From the different ethos and styles of indigenous and non-indigenous groups and their meanings of health, we faced the complexity of this scenario-context, represented by multiculturalism\/interculturalism and the relations of power and knowledge in healthcare. With this, the Psychology and other health professions are challenged to produce a Healthcare that fulfills its function and has the symbolic-material effectiveness necessary to the indigenous peoples. In this sense, the Cartography, as a methodological resource, allows us to follow the process, get into the texts and contexts of production in Indigenous Healthcare and understand the emergence of the threshold thought with the participation of indigenous knowledge and wisdom in the Healthcare. The Decolonial Psychology is an alternative, not as a new performance recipe, but as a theoretical-practical guideline that enables the coexistence of indigenous and non-indigenous knowledge in Healthcare. The upervision of traditional leaderships and the entry in the indigenous cosmology and epistemology became indispensable to the performance of Psychology, enabling new affective-intellectual and political links in Healthcare.<\/p>\n
