A presente pesquisa reflete sobre as pr\u00e1ticas etnomidi\u00e1ticas levadas a cabo pelo portal do Conselho Ind\u00edgena de Roraima (CIR), a fim de entender como a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o constr\u00f3i sentidos sobre o Movimento dos Povos Ind\u00edgenas. Para tanto, caracterizamos o Movimento Ind\u00edgena e a Etnocomunica\u00e7\u00e3o; discutimos as rela\u00e7\u00f5es entre imperialismo midi\u00e1tico e representa\u00e7\u00e3o a partir de Mattelart (1978); e acionamos os preceitos da An\u00e1lise de Discurso, de Souza (2014), para examinar as narrativas do corpus de estudo, constitu\u00eddo por 89 publica\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas pelo CIR em 2018. Os resultados desvelam um fazer etnocomunicativo que trabalha na arquitetura de representa\u00e7\u00f5es discursivas que t\u00eam como princ\u00edpio a circunst\u00e2ncia de os nativos serem habitantes origin\u00e1rios das \u00e1reas delimitadas como Terras Ind\u00edgenas, determinando a transmiss\u00e3o desse direito a seus descendentes para sua continuidade como povos com rela\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9tnicas pr\u00e9-colombianas.<\/p>\n
This research reflects on the ethnomedia practices carried out by the portal of the Indigenous Council of Roraima (CIR), in order to understand how the organization constructs meanings about the Indigenous Peoples Movement. To do so, we characterized the Indigenous Movement and Ethnocommunication; we discussed the relationships between media imperialism and representation through Mattelart (1978); and we used the precepts of Discourse Analysis by Souza (2014) to examine the narratives of the corpus of study, consisting of 89 publications by the CIR in 2018. The results unveil an ethnocommunicative practice that operates on the architecture of discursive representations that have as a principle the circumstance that the natives are original inhabitants of the areas delimited as Indigenous Lands, determining the transmission of this right to their descendants for their continuity as peoples with pre-Columbian ethnic relationships.<\/p>\n
