Constru\u00edmos um percurso que nos leva a refletir desde o Processo Seletivo Especial Ind\u00edgena, da Universidade Federal do Oeste do Par\u00e1, em que duas de n\u00f3s estivemos diretamente envolvidas, at\u00e9 um debate sobre os reflexos em sala de aula da presen\u00e7a de estudantes vindos das comunidades do oeste do estado do Par\u00e1, onde se localiza a Ufopa. Tra\u00e7amos um panorama anal\u00edtico sobre os impactos da pol\u00edtica de cotas nas vidas de estudantes ind\u00edgenas e de suas comunidades, bem como nas din\u00e2micas das universidades desde onde enunciamos, e nas nossas rela\u00e7\u00f5es, enquanto docentes negras, em sala de aula e na luta pol\u00edtica antirracista que se faz dentro da universidade.<\/p>\n<p>Based on the experiences of three black scholars, this article investigates the processes involved in the implementation of affirmative action policies for indigenous students. To this end, we construct a narrative path that leads us to reflect on the Special Indigenous Selection Process at the Federal University of Oeste do Par\u00e1, in which two of us were directly involved, all the way to a debate on the consequences of the presence of indigenous and black students hailing from communities in the west of the state of Par\u00e1, where Ufopa is located. The article provides an analytical overview of the impacts of affirmative action policies on the lives of indigenous students and their communities.
