Partindo da psicologia, este texto comp\u00f5e nosso exerc\u00edcio \u00e9tico-pol\u00edtico de assumir a perspectiva dos povos e de suas organiza\u00e7\u00f5es, neste caso em espec\u00edfico, da Aty Guasu, movimento \u00e9tnico-social dos Kaiow\u00e1 e Guarani de Mato Grosso do Sul. A coloniza\u00e7\u00e3o e expropria\u00e7\u00e3o violenta dos territ\u00f3rios tradicionais destes povos, o tekoha guasu, culminou na limita\u00e7\u00e3o do modo origin\u00e1rio de ser, segundo os princ\u00edpios cosmol\u00f3gicos, desdobrando-se na precariza\u00e7\u00e3o da sa\u00fade, vis\u00edvel pelos altos \u00edndices de desnutri\u00e7\u00e3o, suic\u00eddio, viol\u00eancia e mortalidade. Com este estudo, visamos descrever e analisar aspectos da dimens\u00e3o sa\u00fade para os Kaiow\u00e1 e Guarani a partir de suas pr\u00f3prias narrativas. Como estrat\u00e9gia metodol\u00f3gica, realizamos a an\u00e1lise documental de todos os comunicados, em formato de notas, publicados entre 2011 e 2013 no blog do movimento na internet. Tamb\u00e9m participamos, de 2015 a 2020, de momentos importantes para as comunidades, como as Grandes Assembleias Kaiow\u00e1 e Guarani, com registros em di\u00e1rio de campo. Esses procedimentos, articulados \u00e0s produ\u00e7\u00f5es te\u00f3ricas da antropologia, psicologia da liberta\u00e7\u00e3o, estudos decoloniais e anticoloniais, possibilitaram o entendimento da indissociabilidade da sa\u00fade ind\u00edgena dos processos de coloniza\u00e7\u00e3o territorial e intersubjetiva. Nesse sentido, a sa\u00fade dos Kaiow\u00e1 e Guarani, tendo o tekoha como aspecto vital, segundo a cosmopol\u00edtica, encontra-se em profundo conflito devido \u00e0 expropria\u00e7\u00e3o, expuls\u00e3o e confinamento empreendido pelas pol\u00edticas colonialistas. Portanto, propomos a compreens\u00e3o do tekoha como indicador da sa\u00fade Kaiow\u00e1 e Guarani e os movimentos de reocupa\u00e7\u00e3o dos territ\u00f3rios, protagonizados pela organiza\u00e7\u00e3o aut\u00f4noma das comunidades e sintetizados pela senten\u00e7a: \u201cterra \u00e9 vida\u201d, como retomada da sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n
From the psychology, this text makes up our ethical-political exercise of regarding the perspective of the peoples and their organizations, in this specific case, Aty Guasu, ethnic-social movement of the Kaiow\u00e1 and Guarani of Mato Grosso do Sul. Colonization and violent expropriation of the traditional territories of these peoples, the tekoha guasu, resulted in limiting the original way of being, according to cosmological principles, unfolding in the precariousness of health, visible from the high rates of malnutrition, suicide, violence, and mortality. With this research, we aim to describe and analyze aspects about the health dimension for the Kaiow\u00e1 and Guarani from their own narratives. As a methodological strategy, we carry out the Document Analysis of all communications, in the form of notes, published between 2011 and 2013 on the organization\u2019s blog on the internet. We also participated, from 2015 to 2020, of important moments for the communities, such as the Highs Assemblies Kaiow\u00e1 and Guarani, with records in a field diary. These proceedings, articulated with the theoretical productions of anthropology, liberation psychology, decolonial and anticolonial studies, made it possible to understand the inseparability of indigenous health from the processes of territorial and intersubjective colonization. In this sense, the health of the Kaiow\u00e1 and Guarani, taking the tekoha as a vital aspect, according to cosmopolitics, is in deep conflict due to the expropriation, expulsion, and confinement undertaken by colonialist policies. Therefore, we propose the understanding of the tekoha as an indicator of Kaiow\u00e1 and Guarani health, and the movements of reoccupation of territories, led by the autonomous organization of communities and synthesized by the sentence: \u201cland is life,\u201d as a recovery of health.<\/p>\n
