Ele analisa o reconhecimento judicial, constitucional e legal dos pa\u00edses que ratificaram a Conven\u00e7\u00e3o Americana, a Conven\u00e7\u00e3o n.169 da OIT e aceitaram a jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o da Corte. Objetiva-se detalhar o di\u00e1logo entre o sistema legal desses pa\u00edses e o SIDH, aplicando a teoria da cadeia de efic\u00e1cia.<\/p>\n<p>The article details the indigenous legal protection within the Inter-American System of Human Rights, as well as the observance level within the South American countries. It analyses the judicial, constitutional and legal reality of the countries the that ratified the American Convention, the International Labour Organisation Convention n. 169 and accepted the Court\u2019s jurisdiction.
