Na oportunidade denunciaram a despol\u00edtica ambiental do Governo Bolsonaro e pedem medidas relativas \u00e0 n\u00e3o ratifica\u00e7\u00e3o do Acordo do Mercosul- EFTA, a responsabiliza\u00e7\u00e3o das empresas que compram produtos de \u00e1reas de conflitos que promovem o desmatamento, adotam pr\u00e1ticas de trabalho escravo, e praticam minera\u00e7\u00e3o ilegal. Apresentaram ainda uma proposta de cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um grupo de trabalho para discutir o redirecionamento dos recursos do Fundo Amaz\u00f4nia . O ministro demonstrou preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o com a regi\u00e3o amaz\u00f4nica e reiterou que o fundo est\u00e1 suspenso mas que o governo noruegu\u00eas est\u00e1 buscando outros caminhos para manter os projetos de preserva\u00e7\u00e3o da floresta, j\u00e1 que o governo brasileiro descumpriu quest\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas previstas no acordo. Sonia Guajajara (@guajajarasonia) refor\u00e7ou a import\u00e2ncia do fundo e contou que esse apoio ajudou a elaborar planos de gest\u00e3o territorial e ambiental e que esses planos agora precisam ser implementados e os povos ind\u00edgenas tem interesse de assumir as a\u00e7\u00f5es para essa implementa\u00e7\u00e3o. Ressaltou tamb\u00e9m a necessidade de retomar o plano integrado que foi constru\u00eddo entre v\u00e1rios minist\u00e9rios e o movimento ind\u00edgena para implementar a PNGATI- Pol\u00edtica Nacional de Gest\u00e3o Territorial e ambiental dos Territ\u00f3rios Ind\u00edgenas. \ud83c\uddec\ud83c\udde7 [ENG] Today leaders of the \u201cIndigenous Blood: Not a Single Drop More\u201d campaign, organized by APIB (the Coalition of Indigenous Peoples of Brazil), met with Norway\u2019s Environment minister, Ola Elvestuen. They took the opportunity to deliver a letter with demands, including a denunciation of the Bolsonaro government\u2019s dismantling of environmental policies, and asked them to take steps to address the lack of ratification of the EU-Mercosur Agreement. The document also calls for the accountability of corporations that buy products from conflict zones where deforestation is proliferating, employ slave labor, and practice illegal mining. Norway\u2019s Environment minister expressed his concern for the Amazon region and reiterated that the Amazon Fund has been suspended, but that the Norweigan government is looking for other ways to maintain the forest preservation projects, now that the Brazilian government has failed to fulfill technical requirements stipulated in the agreement. Sonia Guajajara (@guajajarasonia) emphasized the importance of the Amazon Fund, stating that this support helped to develop territorial and environmental management programs. She said that these programs need to be implemented now, and that the indigenous peoples are interested in taking steps necessary for this implementation.
