The Articulation of Indigenous Peoples of Brazil (Apib), with its grassroots organizations and partners, built the report ‘Our fight is for life’ to expose the different dimensions of the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic among the indigenous peoples of Brazil. This document provides an overview of the first nine months (from March to november) of this health and humanitarian crisis, which increased the violations of indigenous people in the country. 'Our fight is for life' is a material that integrates the social control actions of the “Indigenous Emergency” plan, an instrument built by Apib to demand from the Federal Government the fulfillment of its constitutional duty to protect indigenous peoples and organize emergency actions to face the pandemic.
